Artwork Policy

A member of my shop will draw a custom ink caricature portrait of the person(s)/animal(s) from your photo(s). Please send me a quality photo or several photos via Email (Nickoliwadearts@gmail.com). Please include your Name, Mailing Address, and any preferences for your artwork.

You will receive a digital file with a scanned caricature portrait via email. No physical delivery is offered UNLESS shipping is paid for. Priority/Overnight Delivery is offered .

The caricature will be ready in 5-10 business days. Please let us know if you need it earlier for an additional expedition fee.

Unless noted We will not assume you don’t want your freckles, glasses, etcetera in your picture, if you send me a picture with said articles, We will draw that. Color of eyes and specifics are encouraged, let us know what you would like as long as it is reasonable.

The sale is subject to the following conditions and representations:

Customer must finalize payment before receiving artwork.

* When placing your order, please include the following:

- Names of people or pets in drawing just so we can keep track of who is who. WE DO NOT WRITE NAMES ON DRAWINGS.

- Person(s) eye and hair color if it’s not clearly noticeable

- Desired deadline for receiving artwork. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET YOUR DRAWING TO YOU BY THE DATE REQUESTED BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATE.

- Any extra information you’d like included in the drawing. (Note: Additional themes and backgrounds are a small additional charge)

- Please attach photos in email (Persons or pets do not have to be together in the pictures to be drawn together) Individual close-up photos where the entire head is visible are the best. Also, a candid expression that is typical of the subject's personality is optimal.

Turnaround for each caricature is usually 7 – 14 Days depending on complexity, quantity ordered and amount of work orders received here at the studio. This is an ESTIMATE, but if order volume is heavy it could take longer.

Caricatures are mailed to the address provided in your email (Shipping is additional, without an address and cost to ship we assume you want a digital caricature.)

Likeness is not guaranteed but we do try our best with the pictures you provide.

We may see a person different than someone who knows them but please keep in mind that it is our artist's interpretation of the person from the photos that we receive.

All caricature art is non-refundable once the order has been drawn.
